Click & Collect
Shop as normal on our site then at the checkout choose the click & collect option.
You will receive a email confirmation that we have received your order. We will then prepare your order and send you a further email to confirm that it is ready to collect.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE STORE UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR ITEMS ARE READY, YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE READY FOR COLLECTION.
Bring your email confirmation to the store along with the card quoted on your order to collect and PAY for your order. (we will not take payment prior to your visit).

DELIVERY CHARGES (MAINLAND UK)
- Small items (e.g. terminal tackle) - £4.00 max per delivery, all these items will be sent via our courier.
- Medium sized items (e.g. reels, bait) - £6.00 max. per delivery, all these items will be sent via our courier for next working day insured delivery
- Large, bulky and heavy items (e.g. rods, bivvies and seat boxes) - £8.00 max. per delivery. (48 hours minimum delivery time, not including weekends)
All order's through our site are delivered free when you spend over £25 in the store. You can normally expect to receive your order, if in stock, within 2/3 working days from ordering, although there can be occasional delays beyond our control (e.g. bad weather, breakdowns, stock unavailabilty etc.).
The majority of parcels are delivered by Parcel Force, a professional and well established secure courier company. It is improtant for you to add your mobile number when placing you order as Parcel Force will send text alerts re the progress of your delivery.
Each parcel has a unique tracking number, which is generated by the couriers system when we process the delivery details onto their system. We are then able to trace any parcel online.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Week-end deliveries are available subject to location and extra delivery costs.
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If the delivery driver cannot obtain a signature, a calling card will be left and the parcel returned to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot to arrange re-delivery or collection.
