These barbless Wide Gape Carp Hooks To Nylon feature a strong hook with a wide crystal bend, perfect for targeting carp.

This hook has a short shank which can be largely hidden within the bait, and the extra-wide gape holds all big soft baits such as meat extremely well.

The extra-wide gape definitely helps hook more fish, especially as baits tend to sit down nicely in the flat, slightly square shaped bend.

The Drennan hook plate system is an ultimately convenient new concept.

This rigid plate storage and display system keeps loops and hook lengths straight in-line, without kinks or damage to the monofilament.

Everything is kept in-line, straight and under very slight tension, so each individual hook to nylon comes off the plate ready to complete a perfect presentation rig.

The loop on each rig is perfectly formed, whipping knots are precision hand tied and overall length is also precise. Hook points are masked and protected by the plate design and whipping knots are displayed in-line for examination at a glance.

The unique plate system ensures an accuracy on length that allows transfer of rigs to a Drennan Hook Box or Hook Book (available separately).
