ESP Syncro XT Loaded Mono Mainline
The original ESP Syncro XT mono has become one of the most widely used and well respected top end mainlines available, thanks mainly to it's unbeatable knot strength, optimum stretch, and superb abrasion resistance without being wiry that makes it ideal for distance casting. However, after requests from the ESP field testers for a darker olive green coloured line, ESP created Syncro XT Loaded by slightly changing the surface finish which in turn meant it sank quicker.

Upon casting out, Syncro XT Loaded sinks through the surface film virtually unaided until it just hangs from the rod tips, and if a slack line approach is required it stays that way, lying tight to the bottom to the extent that you can feel it peeling up off the lake bed when winding in. The dark olive pigment disappears against any lake bed and is actually very difficult to see when suspended off the rod tips, even in tap clear water.
Just like the original Syncro XT, the Loaded is underrated for breaking strain and the following knot strengths can be achieved using a carefully tied five turn grinner (tested on a calibrated digital force meter):
10lb (0.30mm) - possible 15lb
12lb (0.33mm) - possible 17.5lb
15lb (0.37mm) - possible 21lb
18lb (0.40mm) - possible 26lb
All breaking strains supplied on 1000m spools.
