Shakespeare SALT Surf 70/80 Long Cast Reels
The SALT Surf 70/80 Long Cast reels are available in the two most popular surf casting sizes and both are fitted with a large capacity spool and spare spool. This allows the user, with good technique, to cast the kinds of distance needed to get out beyond the surf, reaching fish that lay beyond the breakers.
The lightweight anodized aluminium spool is supported by a smooth operating drag system and the 7+1 stainless steel ball bearing system, in combination with the strong gearing, ensures perfectly smooth operation.
Due to the anti-twist bail arm line roller the reels can handle all line types, whether mono or braid.
