The Trebuchet Light features a springiness in the butt that makes the rod feel very alive. It also makes it a little less demanding on technique and timing.
The tip has been modified from the original Trebuchet, but only very slightly to keep the tip speed as high as possible retaining maximum distance casting potential.
Construction is uses low resin, high modulus carbon with lightweight carbon scrims, plus a 3k fabric finish in the lower half.
In addition to the ease of casting, this rod also offers a little more "playability" during the fight.

- 50mm Kigan 3D ring set
- Fuji DPS 20 reel seat trimmed with a stainless collar either side
- Slim Japanese Shrink Rubber butt grip finished with a stainless butt cap.
