The kit has a base foot that is screwed to any wooden surface, the bank stick is then screwed into it, or alternatively the screw can be placed inside the stick and screwed down whilst the base is attached.

The real beauty of this stand kit is that by screwing the optional point extension on, you can turn the stage stand into a regular bank stick, thus eliminating the need to carry separate sticks.
